OhMyRAW is developed and sold by Technest AB, a limited company registered in Sweden.
Written enquiries, complaints and withdrawal notices can all be sent to the email address above.
The first release of OhMyRAW is for Mac, iPad and iPhone through Apple's App Store. Downloading the app is free. Developed export requires an active free trial or the permanent in-app unlock.
The App Store displays your local price before you confirm a purchase. Apple handles payment, receipts and delivery under the Apple Media Services terms for your country or region. We do not issue licence keys.
The Mac release requires Apple silicon and macOS 12 or later. iPhone and iPad require iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. Check the App Store listing for supported devices and current requirements. Windows and Linux are not included in the first release.
Contact Technest AB for problems with the application. Nothing on this page limits your mandatory consumer rights.
The App Store version uses Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. Use on your Apple devices follows that agreement and Apple's Usage Rules.
Start the free 30-day Trial in Settings → Purchases. It begins when Apple confirms that trial transaction. It includes all features available on your device, including developed export. It does not renew, subscribe you or charge automatically.
After the trial, your library, viewing and editing continue. Developed export requires the permanent unlock. Copying unchanged originals remains available. Your photographs and saved edits are not deleted or altered when access changes.
Restoring purchases or reinstalling the app does not restart the trial. The app uses the original verified trial transaction date.
One non-consumable purchase unlocks developed export on Mac, iPad and iPhone with the same Apple Account. Use Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchases to recover it. There is no OhMyRAW account, licence key or four-device activation system.
The unlock has no subscription or renewal charge. Updates released for this app are included; this does not promise a particular future feature, platform or an indefinite development period. App Store availability and redownloads remain subject to Apple's service terms.
Your photographs, library and edits remain yours. OhMyRAW claims no rights in the images you develop, including commercial work. Keep independent backups of your files.
For an App Store purchase, request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service. See Apple's refund instructions for eligibility and help. Eligibility depends on your country or region and applicable law; your statutory consumer rights remain in place.
If Apple refunds or revokes the unlock, developed export requires a valid remaining trial or another valid purchase. The original trial deadline does not restart. Your library, saved edits and unchanged originals remain available.
OhMyRAW does not require a separate OhMyRAW account and has no advertising, behavioural analytics or tracking SDK. Photo processing and AI denoise run on your device. Technest AB does not receive your photographs or library through these features.
If you enable cloud storage or sync, your selected provider receives the files and connection information needed for that service under its own terms. Google Drive sign-in and file access go directly to Google. Downloading optional lens profiles contacts GitHub. Neither feature routes your library through Technest AB.
Apple processes your App Store account and payment data under its App Store privacy policy. OhMyRAW reads verified StoreKit transactions on your device to determine your purchase and trial status. The trial transaction date and a local last-seen date determine its remaining duration. We do not run a licence activation server for the App Store release or send device fingerprints to Keygen.
Technest AB receives the sales and financial reports made available by Apple. The app does not send us your card details, Apple Account password or individual purchase transactions.
If you contact us, Technest AB processes the information you choose to send so we can answer and support you. We retain correspondence only while needed for that purpose or to meet a legal obligation. Accounting records are retained as required by applicable law. Do not send photographs or diagnostics you do not want us to receive.
This site uses self-hosted fonts, no analytics or payment scripts, and no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider processes connection information needed to serve the site. Purchases take place in the App Store, not on this website.

You can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY. For data held by Apple or your cloud provider, consult that provider's privacy policy.
